BEN DAVIS

Ben Davis is an intellectual property and civil litigation attorney, representing a wide range of clients.  Prior to law school, Ben worked as an aerospace engineer at Textron Aviation, where he guided the manufacture of Cessna and Beechcraft airplanes.  He brings a unique problem-solving perspective to every matter he is involved with.

During Law school, Ben was a Note Editor of the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal and authored To Kill a Mockingbird: A Look into the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and Its Application to Unintentional Takings, 8 Oil & Gas, Nat. Resources & Energy J. 113 (2022).  He also served as a 1L Student Mentor, was an active member of the OU Law IP Society, and represented OU Law in the 2021-22 National Patent Application Drafting Competition.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

Ben currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.  In his free time, he enjoys running, woodworking, and remodeling his house.
